Restaurant Style Aab Gosh Soup

Winter season calls for some hot soup and this should surely be counted as one of the best

For spice mix
Grind together half tbsp whole Dhanya , half tbsp whole zeera , 1 stick dalchini , half tbsp whole black pepper , 1 tej patta, 2-3 Laung, 3 elaichi to a fine powder

Now remove all the powder in a bowl ( we just need 1 tsp from this ) you can use the remaining later
In grinder put 1 small tomato , 1/4th small onion , 5-6 cloves garlic , 2 slice ginger , 3 green chilli , 1 tsp olive oil ,1 tsp vinegar , pinch haldi , and some coriander leaves and 2 stock cubes and 1 tsp spice mix to a fine paste .

In pressure cooker take 1 tbsp oil , 1 tbsp desi ghee , put 4-5 black pepper , 1stick dalchini , 1 elaichi , 1-2 Laung and half small onion chopped .
Sauté till transparent. Then put half kg mutton /beef ( preferably chaap) and sauté . Put the paste and sauté for 5 mins .
Put 1 litre water and pressure cook till done .

Strain this in another vessel . And put some boiled chickpeas and cook 2 mins .

In a bowl put a pc of cooked mutton , soup and some chopped coriander and serve hot.
