Reshmi Tikka Roll

If you love chicken rolls then this is surely going to be a loved recipe.

Firstly marinate 500 gm chicken cubes with salt , juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp white pepper powder, , Half tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp green chilli paste , 4 tbsp dahi , 4 tbsp cream or malai . Mix well and let marinate for two hours .
Then cook in a Kadhai till done and dry . Char the tikka pcs on direct flame over a few pcs of coal to give tandoori effect .

For chutney blend together a generous handful of coriander leaves , 4-5 cloves of garlic ,6-7 green chilli , 1 tsp chaat masala , juice of half lime , 4 tbsp dahi and half cup mayonnaise . Blend all this to a fine paste .

Slice 2 onions and mix juice of half lime , half tsp black pepper powder, half tsp chaat masala and some chopped coriander and keep aside.

For roti knead together 2 cups of Maida , salt to taste . Knead it with milk and lastly apply some oil . Let the dough rest for half hour and then make big chapatis and keep aside.

To make the roll . On a roti put some onions and then tikka pcs then put some chutney and first close from sides then roll it . Serve immediately.
