Reshmi Chicken Platter 

I know your going to thank me after making this in sha Allah.
Marinate 500 gms of boneless chicken with salt , juice of half lime , 1tbsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste and keep aside for half an hour .
In a grinder blend 8-10 cashews , 4 tbsp cream and 2 cubes of cheese to. A fine paste . Apply this paste on the marinated chicken , along with 2 tbsp dahi , 2 pinches of elaichi powder , 2 pinches of garam masala powder, half tsp white pepper powder , 1 tsp kasoori methi and some chopped coriander. Do coal Dhungaar and let marinate for 2 hours or overnight. Grill in a pan with some oil till done .
Cut pita bread into triangles and roast it in the same pan with little oil or butter till golden.

For the sauce , mix half cup mayonnaise, half cup dahi , 1 tsp garlic powder , pinch of white pepper powder , 1 tsp tahini paste ( optional) and salt . Mix well and keep aside

In the centre of your plate put some sliced iceberg lettuce, and decorate sides with pita triangles and fries . Put the Reshmi chicken peices in the centre and drizzle generously with the sauce , garnish with sliced olives , jalapeños and some chopped coriander , serve immediately.
