Ratalu Ki Chaat
Guys this is just soooooo yummm.
I have taken finger sized sweet potatoes. If you want you can take the bigger ones too but i personally like the taste of these more . Peel and cut 250 gm sweet potato to thick slices and wash well and drain . Then mix in 4-5 tbsp corn flour and deep fry on high heat till golden and crisp.
Remove the fried potatoes in a plate and put salt , 1 tsp chaat masala and 1 tsp red chilli powder . And toss . You can enjoy the sweet potatoes at this stage as well.
To make chaat put the potatoes in a plate and drizzle some sweet dahi ( I have mixed half cup dahi with 2 pinch salt and 2 tbsp sugar , you can adjust this as per your liking ) then drizzle some green and sweet chutney . Sprinkle around 50 gm boondi ( no need to soak) then sprinkle some pomegranate and chopped coriander. Serve immediately and enjoy.
