Raspberry / Jello China Grass Halwa

Another super quick and delicious  china grass and jelly recipe. You can make it in your choice of flavor and also use 2-3 jelly favors . I have used raspberry.

Firstly heat around 400 ml of water and empty the jelly sachet in it , also add verylittle china grass to it for a stiffer jelly . Cook till china grass melts or run a hand blender if needed and set it in a bowl or mould and keep in fridge . once set cut the jelly into small cubes . ( if ur using more than 1 colour jellg then set them all the sams way , cut into cubes and then mix in the tray ) spread the jelly  cubes in a tray .

Heat 1 litre of milk , and add 1 small packet of china grass broken to pcs …. cook well till the grass melts . Run a hand blender to make sure no grass pcs remain. Add 1 cup sugar and cook for 5 mins .Switch off heat and mix 1 tsp vanilla essence or icecream  essence.let cool down slightly , Pour in a tray filled with chopped jelly   and let it set at room temperature for 15 mins. Then chill in the fridge for 2 hrs n serve cold.
