If you wish you can also use any ready berry crush instead of the raspberry compote
I have made a huge batch in the video . Below is recipe for 6-8 bowls
For raspberry/ berry compote ( you can use your choice of frozen or fresh berry here ) , in a pan or vessel take 200 gm berry and half cup sugar . Cook well till it gets a crush like consistency . Switch off heat and let cool . You can also add slurry of 1 tsp cornflour mixed with little water and cook to make homemade berry jam . And store in glass jar in fridge for months .
For cream beat 1 cup whipping cream to soft peaks . Then beat in half cup milk and 100 gm melted white chocolate ( if you want you can keep the chocolate little chunky or melt it completely as per your liking ) beat it little till combined and mix well with spatula.
To assemble in. A bowl or serving tray put roughly broken digestive biscuits . Roughly put some cream , then drizzle little compote or crush and make ripple effect with fork . Repeat the cream and compote layers till your bowl is full . Garnish with berry and chill for 2 hours .
You can assemble the same in a plastic container and put layers of digestive in between as well. And freeze for 24 hours to make raspberry ripple icecream.
