Raffaello / Coconut Delight
Raffaello is my fave fave chocolate infact i love all coconut based chocolate and desserts , if u love coconut too , do try this.
In a big bowl chop 400 gms of white chocolate, pour 250 ml of hot amul cream on top of it . Let rest for a few sec and mix till well combined . Add half tin milkmaid , 3 cups of whipped cream and mix well , add 1 tsp vanilla essence and 8 tbsp of desicated coconut and a handful of sliced alomnds mix well and keep aside.
In a bowl mix 2 tbsp coconut milk powder with 1 glass of water. Keep aside
Take a big tray spread a 1 inch layer of sliced vanilla sponge cake , take readymade or follow my recipe .
Drizzle it generously with the coconut milk, pour the coconut cream we prepared previously . Garnish with some sliced almonds, desicated coconut and pcs of raffaello if u have. Let chill for 3-4 hrs and serve chilled.
