Rabdi Falooda

Makes 4-5  big glasses
So guys this is not the regular rabdi falooda with a layer of syrup then milk then rabdi etc.  This is a jhat-pat no mach- mach nazia farhan  version ( hehe) in sha Allah  ull get the same taste like the regular  rabdi falooda.
Firstly  heat 500ml of milk and once it boils  add , lots of sliced , almonds , cashew  and pistachios,  a generous  pinch of  saffron  , a handful  of vermicelli,  paste of 3 slices of bread and 1 cup milk , 4tbsp  milk powder , and 10 tbsp condensed  milk. Cook really  well for 10 mins and keep stirring , scrape and mix the milk that sticks on the sides of the vessel as well . Chill this rabdi milk really  well .
In a glass put a spoonful of soaked Sabza followed by the rabdi milk and ur choice  of icecream  or kulfi ( I would recommend  rabdi or rajbhog icecream  or malai or kesar pista kulfi)
Serve chilled and let the complements pour in💕
