Quick Lotus Cheesecake

This is a really  quick version  ready in half hour to serve ur lotus biscoff cravings . Ive made it in a tray  , you  can make it in a cheesecake  mould as well .
Firstly  beat together  100 gms powdered sugar and 250 gms creamcheese till slightly  fluffy .
Beat 500 ml or half box of tropolite  or any brand whipping  cream , now beat in the creamcheese mix and 300 gms of lotus spread ( ive kept 100 gms for the top drizzle , if u wish u can add 200 gm to the mix and keep 200 for the top ) beat till combined and keep aside.

Crush 250 gms of lotus biscuits  in a processor  and mix 100 gms of melted butter . Spread  this in a 9 inch tray and press well to get a smooth layer . Pour the cheesecake  mix on top and drizzle  or spread the remaining  lotus biscoff spread on top . If you wish u can decorate  the top with some broken lotus biscuits . Freese for half hour or keep  in fridge for 2 hrs and serve.
