Prawns / Fish Tandoori Fry

Quick and delicious prawn /fish starter for all u seafood lovers .

Clean and wash 500 gms of prawns /fish and strain all excess water. Now in  a bowl put the prawns , salt to taste , juice of 1 lime, 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder 2 tsp garlic paste 2 tbsp tandoori masala ( i have used my brand tandoori and garam masala @shahi_garam.masala)some chopped coriander and a pinch of red colour. Mix well , do koyla dhungaar and let marinate for few hrs. Now mix in 1 tbsp each of chana aata, rice flour, maida aata, corn flour . Deep fry till crispy then sprinkle chat masala on top and serve hot with some green chutney.
