Prawns / Chicken / Mutton / Paneer Thecha
Guys such simple ingredients, coming together to a dhamaka of flavour. This is a must try recipe.
Firstly marinate 500 gm of prawns /mutton /chicken / paneer with salt and half tsp haldi. Mix and let marinate for half to 1 hour . ( if mutton /beef then pressure cook after marinating )
To make thecha ( guys make this and enjoy with ur Daily meals or just with chapati. This is crazy )
Simply Take some oil in a pa or Kadhai and cook 100 gm garlic , 100 gm raw peanuts and 8-10 green chilli on low heat till golden . Then put some coriander leaves and sauté for 30-40 sec . Let cool and blend to a rough texture Chutney like with little salt to taste . Keep aside.
In the same pan put some more oil and sauté the marinated paneer / chicken/ prawns or cooked mutton . Cook well till done and dry . Put the thecha and sauté . Put lots of chopped coriander , juice of half lime and a generous tbsp of butter . Sauté little and serve hot as a starter or with roti paratha or along with dal rice
