In a kadhai heat some oil , add half chopped onion , 2 tbsp chopped garlic, 1 tsp chopped ginger , 2 chopped green chillies , 2 broken whole kashmiri red chilli and saute well . Add 4 tbsp tomato ketchup, 4 tbsp soya sauce, 4 tbsp red chilli sauce, 4 tbsp green chilli sauce, 2 tsp vinegar, 2 tsp sugar , 1 tsp white pepper powder and salt . Now add a cup full of diced capsicum ( u can use only green or all 3 color) and half cup diced spring onion bulbs and a few slit green chillies. Saute for a few seconds and add 1 cup water and bring to a boil , add 2 tbsp cornflour mixed in 1 cup water and cook well ( if u want it dry as a starter dont add much water and use less cornflour slurry) add the fried chicken or prawns and cook well , lastly add chopped spring onion greens and cook for a minute.
