Prawns / Chicken Ghee Roast
Firstly marinate 500 gm of prawns or chicken with salt , half tsp haldi powder and 4 tbsp dahi . Mix well and keep aside for half hour .
Meanwhile dry roast 6 Kashmiri chilli broken to pcs , 1 tbsp whole Dhanya , 1 tbsp whole zeera , 1 tsp whole black pepper, 2 pinch methi Dana , 1 tsp rai , 1 tsp saunf . Roast till fragrant and let cool . Grind into a powder first . Then in the same grinder jug put 10-12 cloves of garlic , 1 tbsp imli and little water . Grind to a fine paste and keep aside .
In a Kadhai heat some oil and ghee. Add a few curry leaves and marinated prawns. Cook on high heat till done and remove the prawns in a plate.
To the oil in the Kadhai add the prepared paste and water. Sauté very well. Lastly, add cooked prawns and sauté. Cook for 2-3 mins and lastly add some chopped coriander and curry leaves and switch off the heat. Serve hot with roti or rice.
