Potato Tower


Well potato tower is basically potato tornado’s cousin brother or in simple words the jugaad way by NAZIA FARHAN to easily make the very famous street food at home . Everyone at ur home is going to tell u to make this again and again in sha Allah , may it be kids or adults .
Firstly mix together 2 tbsp Maida , 2 tbsp corn flour , half tsp red chilli powder and salt and enough water to make a thin paste . Keep aside
Meanwhile slice a small potato with a slicer ( it’s preferable as it makes thin slices or u can even slice thinly by hand) and stack the sliced potatoes on a satay stick and keep each slice a little away from each other . Stack 7-8 sticks with potato slices the same way and dip in a tub of cold water for 5 mins .
Remove each tower from the water and generously drizzle the prepared paste all over the tower in such a way that each slice gets nicely wet with it . Deep fry on medium heat till golden . Remove in a plate and generously sprinkle peri peri masala or your choice of seasoning ( I’ve used peri peri masala here )you can also sprinkle cheese powder or chat masala or a mix of salt pepper , red chilli powder n chaat masala .
Put a line of mayonnaise ( plain or flavoured any ) and grate some processed cheese on top and sprinkle a little chopped coriander to garnish .
Serve immediately and get ready for compliments and get ready to be in the kitchen to make this again and again and again.
