Potato Masala For Dosa

In a kadhai heat oil and add 6-7 grains of chana dal , half tsp rai , few curry leaves and let crackle .. add 2 medium  potatoes diced , 1 small onion sliced , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 green chilli chopped , half tsp haldi and salt to taste . Saute well and add Little water and cover and cook till potatoes are dry and soft (almost mashed) lastly mix in chopped coriander. You can serve this along with dosa or also as a sabzi with chapati or puri. Follow my recipe for dosa.
