Pizza Cookie

This may not look soo pretty but trust me it turns our to be the ooiest gooiest pizza cookie everr. And its super quick to make

In a big bowl whisk half cup butter , half cup castor , 5 tbsp brown sugar , 2 tsp vanilla essence and 1 egg till fluffy. Mix in 1 cup Maida , half tsp baking soda and half cup chocolate chips. Fold and mix till well combined.

In a round cake mould put butter paper and grease . Put half of the cookie mix and spread. Spread a generous helping of nutella and again spread the other half of cookie mix . Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree for 25 mins or till golden.

Serve hot or at room temperature as it is or along with some vanilla icecream.
