Pita Bread/Khubus

Take 2 cups of maida and mix in 1 tbsp sugar , salt , 1 tbsp yeast , and knead with lukewarm water to a soft dough . Lastly mix in little olive oil.
Cover and Let the dough rest for 2 hrs or until double in size.
Make chapatis and grill on tava on each side for 2 sec. Then transfer on a papad grill to cook on direct flame for a few seconds on each side till done .
You can use the pita bread with my tazaj chicken Recipe , dajaj harra roll recipe and can be used to serve along with any type of grilled chicken, hummus  etc.
