Pineapple Pudding
This is a must make recipe at my end commonly known as pineapple souffle. But in actual terms souffle is very different so have named it pineapple pudding .
Take 1 litre amul cream and mix in 5 tbsp coconut milk powder , 1 cup powdered sugar , 1 packet of China grass cooked in little water till dissolved and then cooled till room temp. Mix all this together with a hand blender . Add canned pineapple cubes in a tray and pour this mix. Let set in the fridge
You can pressure cook rani pineapple cubes with little water for 1 whistle and use , this tastes even better (tell the pineapple guy to give rani pineapple . Its said to be the female and tastier kind of pineapple)
