Pineapple Bonanza

Guys this recipe should surely receive the love that Arabian pudding got as this is equally easy and super tasty .

This recipe can be made with strawberry and mango also the Same way . You will just have to use strawberry n mango jelly and u can skip coconut milk powder in that case . But if ur making in pineapple i will highly recommend u all to not skip coconut milk powder or replace it .

Firstly bring 400 mL water to boil ( the jelly packet will say 500 but take 400 ) and then mix in the pineapple jelly content . Let this come to room temperature.

In a grinder jug ( make sure you take a big jug or mix in parts ) put the jelly mix , little yellow color , 5 tbsp coconut milk powder and 500 mL whipping cream and blend everything together .( if your whipping cream doesn’t contain sugar you will have to add 1 cup sugar , I have used tripolite so I have not added sugar )

Now in a tray put 2 cups of chopped pineapple and pour the mix we have prepared and give a slight stir . Let chill for half hour .

In a bowl mix 250 mL fresh cream , 4 tbsp coconut milk powder and 5 tbsp powdered sugar . Mix and spread on the set pineapple dessert and sprinkle some desiccated coconut and chill for 2-3 hours . Serve chilled.
