Peri Peri Keema Samosa

Samosa is surely one dish that everyone loves. Here’s a recipe that uses have to try at home and for dawats. Easy and delicious.

Firstly heat little oil in a Kadhai . Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and sauté till fragrant. Add 1 big chopped onion and sauté till it’s soft . Add 500 gm of keema ( chicken or mutton or beef as per ur preference) and saute well till color changes .
Then add in 2 tsp red chilli powder, 2 tsp red chilli flakes . 1 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , 1 tsp chaat masala , 1 tsp oregano and salt to taste . Sauté well till mixed . Then add 1 finely chopped capsicum, juice of 1 lime and cook the keema till done and dry . Once cool mix in lots of chopped coriander and a generous handful of spring onion . If you wish you can also add 200 gm grated cheese at this stage.

Your filling is ready to fill in samosas and fry till golden and crisp.

This filling can be used for keema paratha or puff pastry filling or bun filling as well.
