Perfectly Fried Barista

Slice onions finely and add Little salt and crush little by hands and mix the salt so that each segment is separated.
Leave aside for 10 mins .
Heat enough oil so that the onion get nicely dipped .
Squeeze out all the water that the onions have released and put the onions in oil and mix well.(this makes the onions golden faster Nd MAKES them more crispy and tasty)
Cook on medium heat and Keep stirring after evry minute
Once the onions start turning golden from the sides keep stirring after evry 30 sec.
Once the onions turn slight golden keep stirring continuously and switch off heat a minute before they comepelety turn dark golden. Keep stirring the heat in the oil will make the onions turn dark that’s why we are turning off the heat early.
Remove in plate and let cool . Use for any of your gravys or serve along with nihari .. haleem .. harisa etc.
Barista is really important for the taste of your dish . If the barista gets burnt your food will taste bitter and you won’t be able to fix the taste  by using any tip or trick. So don’t move away when ur barista is frying.
