Pepper Chicken
Very little ingredients and super yumm
In a big bowl soak half kg of chicken with water ( it should cover the chicken well ) mix in salt , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 maggi chicken cube and 1 tbsp vinager . Let this soak in the fridge overnight.
Next day throw the water , and marinate the chicken with 2 tsp black pepper powder , 1 tsp maida aata , 2 tbsp soya sauce , 2 tbsp olive oil and salt . Let marinate for another 2 hrs and grill on a tava or heat little oil in a kadhai , add a few curry leaves and cook the chicken till done.
