Pasta In Pink Sauce

Pink pasta is actually mix of red and white pasta . And that’s why it’s called pink pasta .
To make pasta boil 2 cups of your choice of pasta and keep aside ( I prefer using fusilli which is the spring type shape ..but  have used mixed pasta with spagetti for the pic above )
Make white sauce ….. In a vessel heat 3 tbsp butter 3 tbsp maida and saute , add 2 cups of milk ,  half cup water ,half tsp white pepper and salt to taste , cook till thick and keep aside this white sauce.
In a big vessel heat some olive oil , and saute 2 tbsp chopped garlic ,1 tsp chilli flakes , 1tsp oregano , 1 tsp parsley , half tsp mixed herbs and 1 stock cube . Saute for a min and add 250 gm chopped boneless chicken and salt , saute till done and add half box of tomato puree , half cup tomato ketchup , 3 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tbsp soya sauce , 2 tsp shezwan sauce . Saute and mix in the boiled pasta and the white sauce. Also add a fist of boiled corn ,half sliced capcicum and half cup of grated cheese . Cook for a min and serve hot😋😋
