Pani Puri Mixed Pani
Hey guys many of us are a bit too lazy to prepare 2 different pani for pani puri . So here’s the easy n tasty way out .
In a big bowl put half a small bundle of coriander , 2 fists of mint , 3-4 green chillies(or according to u) , a fist of imli , 8-10 khajoor (dates) , about half cup of chopped gudh , a fist of garlic cloves , an inch of ginger , 1.5 tbsp zeera roasted till black and powdered , half tsp heeng , 2 whole Kashmiri red chilli . Add 2 glasses of water to this and soak for half hour. Grind and strain . Add enough cold water to adjust consistency . Add juice of half lime , 2 tsp chat masala , 3 tbsp pani puri masala and salt to taste . Serve with puris and filling of your choice ( ragda or boondi or moong sprout and boiled potato)
