Paneer Tikka Wrap

If you’re a paneer fan this is a must try for u . If not . Make this in chicken and get ready for the complements .

Firstly mix together- half cup dahi , 1.5 tbsp tandoori masala, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp chaat masala, juice of half lime , 1 tbsp Kasoori methi , 1 tbsp garlic paste and salt to taste .

Now with very light hands mix in 500 gm paneer
Cubes and a cup of diced bell pepper and onion . Do coal dhungaar
Let marinate for an hour .

Grill in a pan with little oil till golden . Your paneer tikka is ready and if u like you can enjoy this as a starter.

For chutney blend together a generous handful of coriander leaves , 4-5 cloves of garlic ,6-7 green chilli , 1 tsp chaat masala , juice of half lime , 4 tbsp dahi and half cup mayonnaise . Blend all this to a fine paste .

For roti knead together 2 cups of Maida , salt to taste . Knead it with milk and lastly apply some oil . Let the dough rest for half hour and then make chapatis and keep aside.

Slice 2 onions and mix juice of half lime , half tsp black pepper powder, half tsp chaat masala and some chopped coriander and keep aside.

To make the roll. On a roti put some onions and then tikka pcs with the capsicum and onion as well. then put some chutney and then roll it. Serve immediately.
