Paneer / Chicken Makhni
Marinate 300 gm paneer cubes with salt , 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp tandoori masala . Let marinate for half hour and fry on tava with very little oil .
In a kadhai heat oil and butter , add half tsp whole zeera , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 2-3green chilli chopped and saute , add 1 box tomato puree , 250 gms dahi , 1 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , salt and a pinch of red colour. Saute well and add a fist each of kaju and 4magaz made to paste with milk . Cook well till slightly thick and add the fried paneer cubes and lots of coriander , juice of half lime , 1 tbsp kasoori methi and half cup cream . Cook for a min and serve hot with chapati , paratha or garlic naan.
