Palak Soup

This iron rich soup is a delicious meal when u want to have something light .
In a pressure cooker put a few chicken bones , 4-5 glasses of water , 3-4 peppercorns , 2 laung , 1 pc dalchini , salt 5-6 cloves chopped garlic , 1 tbsp chopped onion , 2 chopped tomatoes ,and 2 slices of ginger . Pressure cook on high heat till first whistle then low heat for 5-7 min.
Take a vessel and heat 1 tsp butter and saute 1 bundle of palak sliced. Add the stock we made ( make sure to squeeze out well from the remains of tomato etc) cook for two min and blend with hand blender . Serve hot.
