Palak Cheese Paratha

In  a bowl mix together 2 cup of wheat flour , half cup of chana aata , 1 bundle of washed and sliced spinach , a fist of coriander , 1 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp saunf , 2 pinch ajwain , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp haldi , 1 green chilli chopped , juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp dahi , half tsp garam masala powder ,salt to taste , 6 tbsp oil and mix well then add enough water to knead the dough . Lastly apply  a tbsp of oil . Roll into a chapati , put some grated cheese in the centre and fold from 3 sides to form a triangular shape. Roll again with light hands and grill it with oil or ghee till golden
Serve hot with chutney or dahi or ketchup .

Ps. You can make the parathas without cheese as well , follow the same method of folding , just apply little oil and sprinkle some flour on the roti b4 folding.
Also make basic chapatis and grill with very less oil for diet version of the same.
