Ocean Chicken

Ingredients n Method:-
(1.)Marination:
-300gms chicken boneless cubes.
-Half tsp salt.
-Half tsp black pepper.
-Half tsp Soya sauce.
-1 tsp red chilli sauce.
-1 tbsp Ggg paste.
-Pinch turmeric powder.
-1 tsp red chilli powder.
-Pinch zeera powder.
-Half egg bested.
-1 tbsp cornflour.
-Half tbsp maida.
-1 tsp oil.
-Orange Red colour pinch.
-Refrigerator it for an hour or can be marinated 1 day prior n freezed.

(2.)Preheat Oil..When it turns hot, slow the flame n one by one put the marinated chicken pieces n fry in slow flame and in d end for a minute on high flame n remove from the oil…It should be soft n not hard after frying.

(3.)For the Ocean chicken gravy-Dry or Gravy is as per the choice.
-Heat 2 tbsp Oil,
-Fry 8 cloves of Garlic finely chopped n saute till coffee colour not brown.
-Add 2 tbsp Shezwan Sauce,
-pinch salt n pepper,
-(In a bowl mix 2 tbsp tomato sauce, half tsp Soya sauce, half tsp Worcestershire sauce,
Half tsp red chilli sauce, pinch salt , pinch white pepper powder, pinch orange red colour.)
Put this bowl of sauces…Mix it well for a minute on gas,
– Now add Juliennes of Green Capsicum n Onions.)
-When oil snoozes out, add the fried chicken.
-Put half cup water n let everything bibe together.(Dry version)
For semi-gravy…make cornflour slurry of 1 tsp n pour in the gravy on high flame n cook for 2 mins more.
-Turn of the gas n put pinch sugar.

(4.)Heat 2 tbsp butter, Saute Vegis- Baby corns, Yellow n Red bell pepper, brocollis, Cashewnuts in butter.
When fried….put half in the Ocean Chicken n keep half aside for garnishing.

(5.)Make french fries-Soak cutted potato strips in hot water of salt n cornflour for 30 mins..keep it aside covered.
Later, drain, dab it on a Napkin….then, fry in oil till crisp.

Ready…Enjoy it with Butter Naan n Veg Fried Rice n Salad n Mocktail.
