Nutri-Rich Soup
One more soup to end my soup week , this one is rich with veggies , light and delicious.
In a pressure cooker put 3 chopped tomatoes , 1 chopped beetroot , 1 chopped carrot , half chopped capcicum , some chopped coriander , half tsp zeera , pinch of black pepper powder , 4-5 cloves of garlic , salt and few chicken bones . Pressure cook on high heat for first whistle then low heat for 5-7 min .
Remove the bones and blend the soup well with hand blender . Strain the soup and serve hot.
