Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a bowl mix together 1 cup maida, 1 tsp baking powder, half tsp baking soda and keep aside.
In another bowl mix 5 tbsp butter (soft) and 6 tbsp powderd sugar , beat this with a whisk till no lumps remain . Now mix in half tsp vanilla essence, 1 tbsp milk and about 6 tbsp chcolate chip . Slowly mix in the dry ingredients we had mixed before to form a dough. ( use a spatula or spoon to mix .. don’t use your hand or because of body heat the butter will melt and you will have flat cookies )this makes 8 medium cookies
Take a ball of dough and flatten it on your palm . Put a tsp of cold nutella ( keep it in the fridge a day before so it will harden ) Make a ball and slightly flatten it .
Place  a baking sheet on your oven tray and place the cookies little far from each other (they will double in size) bake at 220° for 5 to 7 min for a soft cookie .. or at 180° for 10-12 min for a more crunchy one . Check the colour as most ovens differ in temperature and baking time.
Remove on the oven rack and let cool for 2 mins Nd eat immediately or let it Cool for 10 min and store in air tight jar.
