Wash 250 gms kheema and squeeze out all excess water. In a pressure cooker put the washed kheema , 100 gms washed chana dal , 1 small onion chopped , 3-4green chillies chopped , 1 small potato cut into pcs , 2 tsp garam masala powder, 1tsp haldi powder , 2 tsp ginger paste , 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 whole Kashmiri red chilli little chopped coriander and mint , salt to taste and half glass water. Pressure cook in high heat till 1st whistle and keep on low heat for 10 min. If any excess water is remaining then cook on high heat till dry. Let cool and grind finely . Mix in lots of chopped coriander and mint

Grease your hands and stuff a boiled egg wedge between the prepared keema ( many people use whole boiled egg but i like it this way) and shape into a cylinder. Coat with breadcrumbs , dip in egg and deep fry till golden . Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
