Mutton Harisa

Boil 500 gms of mutton with 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp green chilli paste,2 long , 2 elaichi , 3-4 sticks of dalchini , 8-10 black pepper, salt  in about 2ltr of water. Cook till mutton is tender.
Strain the stock in another vessel and bring to boil , add 200 gms of broken wheat (lapsi) and cook till the grains are well cooked and the harisa is thick. Add more salt to taste , juice of 2 limes , lots of chopped coriander and mint , and barista of 2 onions and the mutton (u can put whole pcs or shread it , I prefer shreading it ) Cook for 5 mins more and serve hot in bowl and garnish with some more chopped coriander and mint , some barista and a squeeze of lime juice . Yummy and healthy recipe is ready to eat.
