Mutton Gold Coins

In a pressure cooker heat oil and add 1 tsp whole zeera. Let it crackle then add 1 chopped onion and fry till almost golden , add 2 chopped tomatoes and 2 tsp ginger paste , 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp green chilli paste and salt to taste. Saute till tomatoes are soft then add 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala powder, half tsp haldi powder, half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder , 1 tbsp kasoori methi , 2 tbsp dahi , some chopped coriander and mint. Saute and add 500 gms of mutton chana boti. Cook till tender and dry . Mash little with your spoon so it almost feels like shreaded mutton. Add juice of 1 lime and lots of chopped coriander and mint. Let cool.
Boil and mash 500 gms of potatoes, mix salt to taste and keep aside .
For assembling:- take a slice of bread and cut it with help of glass to form a circle . On top of the bread spread a layer of mutton evenly . Now with the help of oiled hands flatten a small amount of mashed potatoes and make a thin layer on top of the mutton. (Make sure u cover the mutton completely and bring  the potato layer down to the sides also)brush the potato layer with egg and sprinkle white til and kalonji (you can put any 1 also if u wish)
Method of frying:- in a pan heat little oil and fry only the potato side . Heat another tava side by side and on low heat grill the bread side till golden. This method prevents the gold coins to be oily. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
