Mutton / Chicken Shezwan Fry

This is a really delicious starter , easy and quick.
If making in mutton first pressure cook 500 gm mutton pcs with salt and half tbsp ginger garlic paste and keep aside.

Now take the cooked mutton or raw chicken ( tell the chicken wala to cut into 65 ki boti) nd marinate with 1 tbsp garlic paste half tbsp ginger paste , 2 tbsp shezwan chutney , 1 tsp red chilli powder, pinch of red colour , salt , juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 1 egg. Mix well and let marinate for half hour . Then mix 3 tbsp maida , 1.5 tbsp corn flour and deep fry till golden , remove in a plate and sprinkle chaat masala , and serve hot with shezwan chutney or green chutney.
