Mutton / Chicken Mirch Masala

Another simple and quick semi gravy recipe you guys will love in sha Allah .
Marinate 500 gms of meat with 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp garlic paste , salt and cook till done.

Blend together , a handful of chopped coriander , 3 green chillies , 1 tsp black pepper , 1 tsp white pepper powder , 2 tbsp dahi , 1 tsp zeera , 1 tsp saunf , 1 tsp dhanya , 1 tsp kasoori methi to a fine paste.

Heat some oil in a kadhai, add a few curry leaves , and the prepared paste, saute little and add the cooked meat and cook well for 5 mins , lastly add 1 tsp garam masala powder , juice of half lime and lots of chopped coriander . Serve hot with chapati or paratha.
