Mutton / Chicken Masala

A very simple yet delicious innovation that u should not miss out on trying šŸ˜‹

Firstly marinate 500 gms of mutton or chicken with salt , 2 tsp garlic paste, 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 tsp red chilli powder, 2 chopped green chilli , 3 tbsp dahi , 2 tbsp tandoori masala , 1 tsp Kasoori methi , 1 tsp garam masala powder and some chopped coriander. Do koyla dhungaar and let marinate for an hour atleast and cook till done and dry ( you will pressure cook the mutton and cook directly in a vessel if chicken )

Grind together 3 Kashmiri red chilli along with 3 tbsp tomato ketchup, 3 tbsp red chilli sauce, 3 tbsp green chilli sauce , 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tbsp soya sauce. Keep aside

In a Kadhai heat a mix of oil and ghee , add 1 chopped green chilli and the cooked meat . Fry well till u get a nice fragrance. Then add the prepared paste and cook well on high heat and keep stirring. Add little water if needed , then add lots of chopped coriander and mix and switch off heat . ( this is a light gravy sis to have with choice of roti)

Serve hot with tandoori roti, chapati or paratha or garlic naan.
