Mutton / Chicken Jahapanah

This is surely going to be another trending recipe in sha Allah. Also this is a must make for ur Eid dawat . This is a thick restaurant style gravy .

Simply blend together. 4 whole Kashmiri red chilli, a handful of kaju , a handful of magaz , 7-8 green chilli, 2 tbsp each of ginger and garlic paste , 1 cup dahi , 3 tomatoes, Barista of 3 medium onion , salt , 1 tsp black pepper powder, half tsp haldi , 2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp Dhanya powder, 1 tsp zeera powder, 1tsp chaat masala powder, juice of 1 lime , 1 tsp garam masala powder, some chopped coriander , 1 tbsp Kasoori methi . blend all of this to a fine paste and apply on 1 kg of meat and let marinate for 2 hours .
After 2 hours remove all the access marinade and cook the meat till done ( pressure cook the mutton )
Meanwhile in another vessel or Kadhai heat the oil in which u had fried onions for the barista, and put whole garam masala and few green chilli broken . Sauté a little and add the leftover marinade. Cook well and add the cooked meat and cook for 5-7 mins more . Then add a mix of 1 cup cream, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 cubes cheese grated , sauté well for a good 5 mins then add some chopped coriander and mix . Do koyla dhungar and serve hot with choice of roti.
