Mutton / Chicken Do Pyaza

A great dish to have along with roti or paratha .

Marinate 500 gms of chicken or mutton with 1 tbsp garlic paste , 1 tbsp ginger paste , salt , 2 tsp red chilli powder , half tsp haldi powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp garam masala powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder and keep aside for half hour . Cook till done .

In a kadhai heat oil , add half tsp whole zeera , 4 big sliced onion , 1 small sliced capsicum and saute . Cover and cook on low heat and keep stirring in between till onions are soft and pink . Add salt, the cooked chicken / mutton , and cover and cook for another 5 mins . Lastly add some chopped coriander and serve hot.
