Mutton / Chicken Croquettes
In a pressure cooker (or kadhai if making chicken) cook 500 gms of meat along with , 1 tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp garlic paste (use only half tbsp ginger if making chciken) and salt to taste. Cook till done and shread.
In a big bowl mix a cup of mashed potatoes , the shreaded meat , 5-6 green chillies chopped , lots of coriander , and 2 tbsp cheeze spread or mayo , 1 tsp white pepper powder . Make thin long kabab and freeze for some time . Just before serving dip in egg then fresh bread crumbs and fry till golden. Crunchy from outside , mouth melting from inside , your croquettes are ready to serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
