Mutton / Chicken Bhuna Masala

This is a really simple semi gravy that u can have along with naan , roti , paratha or even rice .
Heat oil in a pressure cooker , put whole garam masala , 2 green chillies slit , 2 onions and 1 small capsicum finely chopped , and salt to taste , cook well till golden and add 3 finely chopped tomatoes , 1.5 tbsp each of ginger garlic paste, 2 tbsp dahi , 2 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp haldi , half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder , 2 tsp red chilli powder and some chopped corriander , cover and cook well till oil comes up , add 500 gms of mutton /chicken chana boti and saute well. Add very little water and pressure cook till done , lastly add some lime juice and chopped coriander and mix . Serve hot . U can also enjoy by sprinkling some salli wafer on top of this along with pav or naan.
