Mutton / Chicken  Bahara

Another my own creation gravy that u guys are going to love in sha Allah  , it can be served  with chapati or paratha or naan .
Heat oil in a kadhai ( or pressure  cooker if making mutton) add 1 tsp whole zeera,  3 finely  chopped  onions and salt ,  saute well till the onions turn golden . Add 3 finely  chopped  tomatoes , 1.5 tbsp garlic paste , half tbsp ginger paste , 2 tsp green chilli paste , 1 tbsp shezwan  chutney , 2 tbsp tomato ketchup  , 2 tbsp red chilli  sauce, 2 tbsp green chilli sauce , 1 tsp dhanya powder,  half tsp zeera powder , half tsp garam masala powder , half tsp haldi powder, half tsp black pepper  powder, juice of half lime, some chopped  coriander  and saute really  well , add v little water  and cover n cook the masala on low heat and keep stirring  . Add 500 gms of chopped boneless  chicken/mutton and cook till done . Lastly  add lots n lots of chopped  coriander  , 3-4 whole green chillies , 1 finely  sliced onion , and 1 sliced capsicum  . Cook for 2 mins and switch off heat, serve hot.
