Mushroom Omlette

If u love  mushrooms  and if u love experimenting  with ur breakfast   , then  dont miss out on this one.

In a pan or vessel heat little butter , add 1 tsp chopped  garlic  and 1 small chopped  onion, 3 chopped green chillies , saute for a minute  and add 1 cup of sliced  white mushrooms,  cook well for 3-4 minutes  , add salt , half tsp black pepper powder , half tsp red chilli flakes some chopped  coriander  and saute well . Add 4 tbsp cream or malai and cook till you have a thick  gravy like consistency  . Mix in  2 cubes of cheese  grated and cook for a few seconds  and switch off heat.

In a bowl mix 2 tbsp of the cooked mushroom, , little salt , 2 tbsp milk , some chopped  coriander  and 4-5 eggs.

Make small omlettes using ghee or butter and put some cooked mushroom in the centre and roll the omelette.  Slice into 2-3 pcs and serve hot as it is or with bread or roti or paratha ( whatever  u like to eat your omlettes with)
