Murg Lachchedaar

This is a very simple and delicious recipe to have along with your choice of roti /naan/paratha.

Boil about 500 gms of chicken breast and pressure cook along with 2 tsp tandoori bbq( laziza or any brand ) masala and 2 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp ginger paste , salt to taste and 1 small glass of water. Pressure cook on high heat till first whistle , then keep on low heat fod 7-8 min. Remove chicken from the stock and shread it and keep aside .

In a grinder grind together , 1 fist kaju , 1 fist 4magaz , 1 small onion cut roughly , 1 big or 2 medium tomatoes cut roughly, 2 green chillies , 4 tbsp tomato ketchup ,2 tbsp red chilli sauce , 3 tbsp malai or cream. Blend all to a fine paste.
In a kadhai heat oil and butter , add the prepared paste and saute well, add 2 tbsp tandoori bbq masala, a pinch of red colour, half tsp garam masala powder, salt and saute well , add the remaining stock from the chicken and cook for 2 mins , add shreaded chicken and cook more , lastly add juicd of half lime , 1 tsp kasoori methi , some chopped coriander , cook till slightly dry and do koyla dhungaar . Serve hot.
