Mughlai Chicken / Mutton

In a blender grind together 1 onion , 2 tomato, a fist of coriander, half tbsp ginger paste , 1 tbsp garlic paste , 3 green chillies , a fist of cashew , 2 tbsp malai , 4 tbsp yogurt. Blend to fine paste and keep aside . In  a vessel put oil , whole garam masala , when it crackles add the paste, salt , half tsp haldi , 2 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp garam masala powder, half tsp zeera powder , 1 tsp dhanya powder. Saute well and add 500 gm of meat and cook till done. Do koyla baghar in the end.
