Serves 4-5 people
I had this at a wedding and wanted to recreate this , and im super happy with the outcome , you guys should definitely try it out .
In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp dahi, 1 tbsp @shahi_garam.masala tandoori masala powder ( you can use any brand but my brand doeant have added colour or preservatives so i prefer that ) salt, 1 tsp black pepper powder, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, and juice of 1 lime .
Firstly take 500 gms of boneless chicken breast ( aprox 3 breast halves ) and hammer it down to a super thin slab. Apply the marination well on both sides and let marinade for 2 hrs.

Grind together 250 gms of boneless chicken to a fine mince . Mix 100 gms of grated cheese , 1 tbsp butter , little salt , spme chopped coriander , 4-5 green chillies chopped, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and mix well . And divide into 3 portions

Take a big pc of foil and put 1 marinated chicken slab . apply one portion of the chicken mince filling nicely on the chicken slab . Roll the slab and wrap well with the foil. Do the same with other 2 slabs . Bake in the oven at 200 degrees or steam on stove for around 45 min .

Let rest for 10 mins and then slice each roll into 5 slices . Decorate with some mayo and chilli flakes and serve immidiately . Can be served as it is or with shezwan chutney or green chutney.
