Moong Dal Pakoda

Soak 1 cup of yellow or green moong dal for 1 hour and remove all excess water . Grind to a rough paste , mix in salt , half tsp black pepper powder , lots of chopped coriander , 1 tsp red chilli powder , 1 tsp chaat masala , pinch of hing,2 tbsp koota hua dhanya , half tsp zeera powder , 1 small chopped onion , 1 tbsp corn flour , 3 tbsp chana aata and a pinch of baking soda . Mix well and deep fry pakodas till golden and crisp serve along with some garma garam chai or ketchup n chutney.
