Methi Thepla

In  a bowl mix together 1.5 cup of wheat flour , half cup of chana aata , a fist of washed and chopped methi , a fist of coriander , 1 tsp garlic paste , 1 tsp red chilli powder, half tsp saunf , 2 pinch ajwain , 1 tsp dhanya powder , half tsp zeera powder , half tsp haldi , 1 green chilli chopped , juice of 1 lime , 2 tbsp dahi , half tsp garam masala powder ,salt to taste and enough water to knead the dough . Lastly knead in  a tsp of oil . Make chapatis and roast on tava . Lastly add very little ghee and serve along with some yogurt or green chutney .
Ps. We have used little ghee as this is a diet recipe . If your the one who eats and doesn’t get fat u can simply fry a thicker methi paratha.
Tip. U can make many and keep . It stays good outside for 2 days. You can also roast without ghee and next day roast more on slow heat and keep pressing with a  cloth to make crispy methi khakras . You can cool the khakras and store in  a box for 4-5days.
