Methi Pyaz Ki Bhaji

In a Kadhai heat some oil , add a pinch of Kalonji , 1/4th tsp hing , half tsp whole zeera and 4-5 slit green chillies . Sauté and add 2 tbsp chopped garlic and 2-3 chopped green chilli. Sauté till pink and add 2 chopped tomatoes , salt and sauté . Add half tsp haldi , 1 tsp garam masala powder, 1 tbsp koota hua dhanya and cook more . Add a bundle of methi bhaji and a bundle of spring onion and cook till done and dry. Serve hot with chapati.
