Methi Chicken

In a kadhai heat oil add 1 chopped onion , 4-5 chopped green chilli , 2 tbsp chopped garlic , 1 tbsp chopped ginger and fry for 2 min , add 2 chopped tomatoes ,add 750 gms of boneless chicken cubes (you can use with bone also) add salt and 250 gms dahi and juice of 1 lime . Then add 1 tsp garam masala powder and crushed spice mix ( slightly roast and crush roughly in grinder , 3 tbsp dhanya , 2 tsp zeera , 2 tsp saunf , 1 tsp black pepper ) cook for while and add a bundle of methi leaves washed and a cup of chopped spring onion greens . Cook well till the water is almost dry and lastly add chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati or paratha.
